A Note From Aaron
Your people, your traditions,
your day
Dear Gwen and Nathan,
Thank you for reaching out on Instagram and considering me for your wedding at The Woodmark. I would love to photograph the two of you with your family and friends, from the tea ceremony to the small, happy moments that happen between the bigger ones.
I have built these options around the eight hours you have in mind. With no wedding party portraits to arrange, we can give that time to the two of you and your guests. Together, we will look at the tea ceremony, any outfit changes, and the reception moments you want to remember, then work out a comfortable photography schedule.
For weddings with more than 40 guests, I strongly recommend two photographers. With 80 people celebrating alongside you, a second photographer lets us capture different angles and moments at the same time: one of us can photograph you offering tea while the other catches your family’s reactions. If it fits comfortably within your budget, eight hours with two photographers would be my suggestion.
If one photographer feels like the right fit, I would be just as happy to photograph your day on my own. We will choose your priorities together, keeping in mind that I can be in one place at a time. I have also included nine hours with two photographers, simply as an option if the final timeline calls for more time. There is no need to add an hour before we know you will use it.
You do not need to have every detail settled yet, including your decision about a coordinator. I can help with the photography timeline and family portrait list. For the day itself, having someone other than the two of you handle vendor questions and gather family will help you stay present. My role is to guide the photography; the wider event coordination would stay with that person or your coordinator.
I would love to hear which moments you are most looking forward to. Whichever collection you choose, I will bring the same care to your photographs.

Warmly,
Aaron

Behind the Camera
Thoughtful photographs, from start to finish
An eye for the in-between
Alongside your portraits and ceremonies, I look for the small exchanges: a hand on a shoulder, a shared smile, the people watching from the next table.
English and Mandarin
I can communicate and offer gentle guidance in either language, helping family members feel comfortable during portraits and the tea ceremony.
Eleven years of experience
Experience helps me anticipate moments, adapt when plans shift, and know when to guide you or simply let a moment unfold.
A personal finish
I personally select, edit, and naturally retouch your photographs, with attention to color, light, and skin that still looks like skin.
The Craft
Shot on Leica, with care
Leica is part of how I work, but what matters most is what the photograph holds: the light, the feeling, and the people you will want to remember. My approach brings careful composition together with the life happening in front of the camera.
Your Photography Collections
Two coverage lengths. Three choices.
Start with the eight hours you have in mind, then choose the team that feels right for you. Every option includes the same personal attention to editing and natural retouching.
Payment schedule: A 50% retainer is due at booking. The remaining 50% is due seven days before the wedding, on April 10, 2027.

Working Together
A little preparation goes a long way
Before
A plan around your priorities
We will talk through the tea ceremony, family portraits, and the reception moments you want photographed. Once those timings are clearer, we can choose coverage start and end times that make the most of your collection.
On the Day
Room to be present
I will offer clear, gentle direction when it helps and leave space for moments to happen naturally. A family contact who knows the portrait list can help gather people efficiently.
After
Your day, brought together
Your photographs will be personally selected, edited, and naturally retouched, then delivered in a cloud gallery. The collection will bring together portraits, details, and the moments unfolding around you.
