I will be in Los Angeles from October 2 to October 8 to photograph an elopement and a wedding, with limited open dates between and around the celebrations.

Early October is one of the most rewarding times of the year to photograph in Los Angeles. The summer haze has lifted, the light turns warm and directional through the late afternoon, and the city moves at a quieter pace as it heads into fall. From the canyons above Malibu to the palm-lined streets of Hancock Park, the modernist estates of the Hollywood Hills, and the long golden stretches of the Pacific coast, the region offers a remarkable range of settings within a short drive.
